wahhhhhhhhhhh

hello all! i do not have much to talk about lol i just felt like writin' today haha! i've been workin' on the site again for fun and haha (not because finals for me are like next week and i'm procrastinatin' hahahahhaa why would- why would you think that-). but seriously, i've been having fun heehee. i have also recently been gettin' influenced (tm) on tiktok about cyberdecks and i really really want to try and make one but also i dunno if i could lol-- i run into enough problems codin' this website :'D i think having a cyberdeck would be really cool though! if i had one, i think i would try to make an OC storage binder y'know? or maybe a writin'/readin' device like a kindle. i saw this one person make their own kindle-esque device that was so cool i'll try to attach a link or the video to this post when i have a chance to (i'm currently writin' this in class rn don't- don't tell anyone-) but it looked so NEAT! everyone is so creative with their cyberdecks it somehow both makes me envious and proud XD just people are so cool UGH

speakin' of tech and people on tiktok, i want tomodatchi life sooooo baddddddd but i am sooooo brokeeeeeee. i have the demo on my switch currently so i'm tryin' to satisfy my cravin' for it with just that but it is not quite satisfactory :,( ah well, one of my friends sent me a fun template people have been usin' to track who all they wanna put on their islands, i will maybe try to share my own once a) it's filled out and b) i actually get the game whaha in the demo so far, i have made a mii of myself, Charles Smith (RDR2), and my OC Orelia :)

in other news, ARTFIGHT SOON!! and by soon i mean two months also i miss artfight so i wanna talk about it LMAO im literally so excited about it i just can't! i made some new characters since last artfight and i am extremely excited for them to get some art ahh! maybe by then they will also be on this website lol. i gotta figure out how to make a nice-lookin' gallery so people can scroll through the art of them in a nice way ehhhh html galleries confuse me DX last year on artfight, i drew 15 (?) attacks for artfight last time and i kinda hope that i can up that number this year, maybe... last year i even started like a week late so now that i'll be jumping in in the beginnin' i MUST be able to make just as much if not more right? i'm also excited to see which of my OCs gets drawn the most this year, last year the winner was my darlin' Clementine :) i got a bunch of really sweet comments with some of her attacks sayin' how much they loved her design which fills me with joy. Clem is one of my favorite babies so i'm glad other people seemed to really gravitate towards her y'know? i love gettin' comments on the stuff i make, i cannot wait to put more of my art here and maybe get some new engagement on it all :D

oh my god it is so cold someone HEL-

ANYWAYS-- hi! as the title suggests, it is COLD. i live in the southern united states, so you must understand that for march, this is very very odd for us whahaha. like it freakin' SNOWED yesterday. we usually only get snow like once a year in january/febuary and then call it a winter but nope! 'suppose mother nature wanted a round two. the day before it got so cold, we got a gnarly thunderstorm in our area and we almost got a tornado! thankfully nothing too serious came from it, but i think some cloud rotation was spotted for a little while, nothing ever touched the ground though.

in other news though, i FINALLY got to watch Sinners for the first time over the weekend (could you tell by my "song of the day"?) and oh my god it was so good why did no one tell me /lh i've had the songs from the movie stuck in my head for the past week haha. i love how the movie really captured the horror of vampires cause i think SOCIETY has forgotten how to make them really scary instead of making them like hot/mysterious i was on the edge of my seat the entire time they were there. not just sayin' this because i'm from the deep south like where the movie is set, but there should be more supernatural horror fiction set in the deep south like Sinners is istg there are very intriguin' themes and ideas to explore down there, of which i think Sinners did and did WELL. i watched it just before the oscars happened and i'm glad i did cause they deserved every oscar won that night i'm tellin' you. Michael B. Jordan i'm so glad you got that best actor award you did SO GOOD. also Miles Caton keep singin' forever I Lied to You is SO GOOD cryin'. i am also so glad it won best cinematography because the whole time i was watchin' i just couldn't help but think of how good it was. additional fun fact one of my family members used to work in Clarksdale a long while ago so everytime it was brought up or shown i like pointed at the screen in excitement. (spoilers) i almost cried at the last scene with Sammy in the bar cause ow ow ow. I hadn't really felt too many feelings(tm) until that scene and all of a sudden i was just hit with a freight train of every emotion ever cries. Sammy you make me so sad i love you and i wish to give you a hug, they all make me so sad


anyways though, i shall leave it at that or i might be talking about Sinners all day whahaha buh-bye!

howdy!

first blog post-- all of one person who stumbles here to see this will cheer! i'm currently in the middle of settin' up my whole site, this blog post is totally a side quest now hahah i've been browsin' other folks sites and people are so creative and smart! it makes me a little intimidated to make my site, but hopefully i will not get discouraged! i'm not used to CSS so today has been.... an adventure.... i hope to the gods that i can do what i'm thinkin' for this whole website lol! most people here are WAY better at coding than i am hehehe in other news, it's been a very long time since i've written a blog at all! i used to have a spacehey, but i neglected it for like three years before deleting it so whoops. not that i posted that often there anyways shrug. anywho! i guess this post will count as a christenin' of sorts hehe! bye for now, i'm goin' to go work some more on the site! :D
