Lady Hestia (or Greek Ἑστία) is the goddess of fire, the hearth, and the home.

Lady Ἑστία is why i became interested in Hellenistic Polytheism as a religion to practice. I was going through a hard time personally, I was doing nothing but bed-rotting for months-- my room was in a constant state of mess. there were piles of laundry and dirty dishes that were hard for me to complete due to the bad headspace that i was in. During this time, I came across a poem about Ἑστία that made me feel very seen and brought me some much-needed comfort. Thinking of her influence motivated me to start bettering my space around me and see it as an extension of bettering myself. I feel very connected to her this way, and i try to continue to give offerings, and do activities to honor her!
